Founded in 2020, Cafe Kreams Singapore began with a simple dream: to create a cozy escape in the heart of the city where people could slow down and savor life’s quiet moments. Inspired by the calming beauty of autumn and the warmth of Korean hospitality, what started off as a beer pub, expanded into a bustling and beloved all-rounder dining destination, offering a unique blend of local and Western food, quick bites, handcrafted specialty drinks, and indulgent cakes made in-house.

We believe in supporting local and ethical sourcing, using fresh ingredients to create food that’s not only satisfying but also responsibly made. Meet Amy Kim
Operations Director, Cafe Kreams

Kim Yeseul, better known as Amy is the one and only Operations Director of Cafe Kreams! Originally from South Korea, she came to Singapore in 2011 with a strong passion for service. After studying Hospitality Management in University and working in 5-star hotels like Marina Mandarin and Raffles Hotel, she dreamed of creating a space where people could relax and enjoy quality food, drinks, and service.
At Cafe Kreams, Amy focuses on making sure every customer feels welcome, happy, and satisfied. From customer service to cleanliness and hygiene standards, she ensures everything runs smoothly and up to Singapore’s standards.
Her inspiration for the café came from missing Korea’s four seasons. She wanted to bring that special and unique feeling to Singapore by offering locals a cozy, seasonal experience that's different from the rest.
As someone who loves coffee, desserts, and café hopping, she puts a lot of care into the layout and atmosphere to make Cafe Kreams a relaxing space to recharge. To Amy, Cafe Kreams is more than just a business, it’s a place to grow, connect, and spread positive energy. With a strong and proud team, she hopes to keep delivering great experiences and building a warm community, one visit at a time.
